Net4Now Forum

Unfortunately the time has come for us to bid farewell to the Net4Now Forum.

The amount of time managing spam and rogue applications for membership compared to the amount of valid contributions has made it increasingly difficult to justify keeping the forum open. As a result it is now no longer possible to access the forum.

The vBulletin version of the Net4Now Forum replaced an Ezyboard verision and has been in operation since May 2001. The forum records an astonishing 296,000 posts, 26,000 threads and had over 3,000 members but the move of focus away from ISP discussion, together with the launch of new social networking sites, has ultimately resulted in the terminal decline in participation.

I would like to thank everyone who has contrinuted to the forum over the course of the last 10 years. I know that through the forum many computers were fixed, jokes were cracked, problems shared and friendships made. Particular thanks go to Paul Hillbeck and Sarah Brown and all the regular posters – especially the loyal followers who have continued to post until now.

I am sure some members will wish to keep in touch with each other. A group has been set up on Facebook for this purpose and alternative forum suggestions are:
