Apple Computer Inc. (AAPL), Wednesday said it would make television shows from a range of content partners available to U.K. users through its iTunes download platform.
The California-based firm has signed deals with U.S. entertainment companies including Walt Disney Corp.’s (DIS) ABC, and Viacom’s (VIA) Nickelodeon and MTV to make content available, mirroring its established U.S. content downloads service.
Television programs are available in the U.K. for GBP1.98 per epis#@e from iTunes, according to a statement on Apple’s Web site.
