A 30-month sentence was handed down this week to Philadelphia resident John Zuccarini after he was found guilty of violating the Truth in Domain Names Act.
On several occasions, Zuccanrini attempted to lure internet users to a child pornography site through his use of misleading internet addresses. He tactically misspelt domain names favoured by young members of the web ? Disneyland, Britney Spears and Teletubbies.
It was not Zuccarini?s first misuse of websites names, on previous occasions he misrepresented various organisations including Dow Jones and The National Association of Professional Baseball Leagues.
